Feb. 22nd, 2008 10:01 pmMmmmm.
Having - finally - realised that I will (gasp) still be in the European airspace on 6 May, I have decided to spend it as fruitfully as possible. Namely, I'm either going to go visit Paris or Arras - I'm trying to decide which.
The problem is that I have class on the 6th, which is a Tuesday, but I'm free Wednesday. So I can head out after my class ends (around 5 PM). I could theoretically get to Arras by 10PM, even so, with only minor difficulty. This is including transfer time from one train to another, of course. That's if I want to. On the other hand, I could just hop on a train and be in Paris any time I like. It'd be easier, and I could always go to Arras on the 7th if I wanted to...and he did spent most of his time in Paris...
I'm nos sure. What does everyone think?
Also, tips on what to see whilst in Paris or France in general, relating to the Revolution, would be greatly appreciated. Because otherwise I have to collect all of them myself from scratch and will undoubtedly miss important things and will feel very stupid for it later.
